How long does shipping take?The delivery time of your unit depends on the destination. Under normal circumstances, the delivery should be within 90-120 days.

Does my purchase cover shipping?Before finalizing your purchase with Rustin Tiny Homes, your sales associate will confirm with you whether you will be assigning your own Forwarder or assign Rustin Tiny Homes to assist in the forwarding. Prices may vary depending on the final order confirmation.

If I decide to have Rustin Tiny Homes cover my delivery, who will be handling my shipment?Rustin Tiny Homes will assign a Forwarding Company with the rates most acceptable to current times and ship your order according to the date with the lowest Forwarding Charges. If let’s say you wish to ship on an exact date with an additional Forwarding Rate, the quotation for the shipping and handling process will be provided from the Forwarder to the client directly, Rustin Tiny Homes takes no processing fee from this process. If the client chooses to use the suggested Forwarder’s service, all payment will be done directly from the client to the Forwarding Company.

Does Rustin Tiny Homes do door-to-door shipment?Before finalizing your purchase with Rustin Tiny Homes, your sales associate will confirm with you whether you will be assigning your own Forwarder or assign Rustin Tiny Homes to assist in the forwarding. The Forwarding progress you choose may be Door-to-Door or even Port-to-Port. Prices may vary depending on the final order confirmation.

Is there insurance coverage for my shipment?Forwarding insurance is a must-purchase item upon shipping. This is to ensure coverage of any accidents happening during shipment. The insurance purchase will be done with the forwarding.

What is in-land shipping?In-land shipping refers to the part of shipment from site to delivery port and from arrival port to your destination. This is where all the customs clearance and declarations will be handled accordingly.

If solar system function is added, do I still need to rely on local power supply?Our bigger solar plans are suggested to have enough coverage for daily power consumption including floor heater. However, we cannot guarantee any appliances connected added after-sales will affect the solar power consumption, kindly revise with your local seller before purchase.

Why there are two different solar plans offered?We have 2 plans offered for solar system, a bigger and smaller battery version for different client use as some client do not need the bigger battery version.

Can we change the color of our products? If yes,can more color options be provided?Technically yes, Rustin Tiny Homes is able to blend up any color or finishes for our product however the customization must be approved by Rustin Tiny Homes management. Any agreed terms in customization must be made through signing our Order Request Form with the sales associate assigned to you by Rustin Tiny Homes before proceeding.

What are the payment terms for Rustin Tiny Homes?Rustin Tiny Homes payment terms are made 100% upon confirmation of order. Full payment must be made before Rustin Tiny Homes release the units to be shipped. Other payment plans are available, please contact our sales assistant for further discussion. If you wish to secure the payment through our store, you may pay the 10,000 USD as a booking fee, our sales assistants will contact you within 24 hours to assist you in further payment.

What are the payment channels/ What payment method is accepted in Rustin Tiny Homes?Direct payment to our company bank account in JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. The payment channel will be open once the purchase is confirmed, we will provide you a secure link where you can make payment. Our online payment provider is Stripe.

How can you ensure my payment is secured?You will receive an official Pro-forma Invoice from Rustin Tiny Homes prior to your payment, the invoice consists of your payment terms and other secured details regarding your payment. Rustin Tiny Homes sales associate will update you when payment received. You are advised to keep your transaction slip for future reference. All trade made with Rustin Tiny Homes is strictly following the guidelines of Nevada State and International Trade Law.

Why is the payment made directly into a bank account?The payment is made directly into Rustin Industries LLC bank account to keep the transaction fee to a minimum. We understand that foreign transaction takes up to a few days and currency conversion may put you in a hefty service charge, thus the move to make the purchase payment directly into our bank account. If you feel uncomfortable in doing so, we have a 3rd party secured payment service using Stripe, kindly note that there will be a 3.5% service charge for this service.
